I say: don't just eat anything, look, at least, at the stuff that you permit to pass through your body!

Initiator´s comment

Over the last 10 years, I have been an incorrigible junk-food junkie. Mornings: no appetite, a cup of coffee with the newspaper is enough. Afternoon: at work, no time and too lazy to find a canteen or a restaurant and then evenings?
Exactly: it has to be quick and plentiful: Ready-to-eat Pizza from the deep-freeze into the oven and a glass of red wine to wash it down – great!
Then came the turning point: Two friends bought the book « Slim whilst Asleep » and bombarded me with their advanced nutritional knowledge, cell repair whilst asleep, the impact of carbo-hydrates and proteins etc. etc. - I was hooked: It all sounded very interesting, so I borrowed the book, read it and since more than two months feed myself with so-called insulin optimised food combinations, eating breakfast, lunch and an evening meal, take a lovely 5 hour break between meals, lose weight steadily (which suits me fine) and feel great. Why haven't I always done this? I tell my friends and acquaintances about it and discover that they all find it very interesting. Suddenly, everybody seems to be thinking about nutrition.
