On the spreadyo starting page, simply click the button „Become a Member now“. The subsequent form asks for a few details that we need to open your account and to place you on the map of the world. Exactly how carefully and confidentially we treat your details can be found in our Data Protection Declaration. Thereafter, you will receive an e-mail with a registration link to confirm your e-mail address and to register for the first time.
Although I registered successfully, I have not received an e-mail from spreadyo! What do I do now?
Sometimes e-mails from unknown or not recognised senders are treated as Spam and are classified as such in the Spam file of your e-mail system. Please check there.
If your Spam protection software has a „white-list“ (predefined sender addresses from trustworthy domains) you can record our e-mail address there support@spreadyo.com
If none of this helps, please write to us at the same address and we shall see to it that you receive the confirmation mail.

You can determine who sees the details of your personal account (everybody/my friends/nobody).
Initially and by default, it is determined that nobody has access to your e-mail address or your real names. On the website, we publish your User Name, your domicile, your photo (if submitted) and any information that you filled in under the section „about me“. In addition, people will be able to see which spreads you have joined and your Spread-effect (how many supporters you have garnered for your Spreads due to your invitations), the number of your blog contributions and comments as well as your activity index, which combines all these factors using an insanely complicated formula and expresses it as a number.
Not a problem! Simply click on the link „forgot your password?“, which is located on the top right, beneath the Login form. Then insert your user name or your e-mail address and we shall send you a new password.
To terminate your account, go to your profile page and click on „Settings“ and confirm termination whereby your public profile will be deleted. Your generated contributions (i.e. Spreads, Blog contributions and comments etc.) will not be deleted but be made anonymous. Where your user name and photo used to be, the remark „By Anonymous“ and the standard avatar image will appear. The deletion of your account is irreversible.
